Management Trainee is an exclusive program for young talented to become our future leader in Taka Group. You’ll be trained, developed intensively, and be involved hands in project for 12 months.

 

  1. Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree (D4/S1) of Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Geological Engineering, Geodesy & Geomatics Engineering, Information & Technology Engineering and Accounting from reputable university
  2. Single and Max. 26 Years Old
  3. Min. CGPA 3.00 of 4.00
  4. Max. 1 year experience
  5. Fluent in English especially for Business Communication
  6. Active in co-curricular activites
  7. Willing to travel and ready to be placed for assignment in all TAKA Group
