Description

Requirement

Experience in drafting internal playbooks, SOPs, or process documentation.

Build and maintain internal data pipelines and dashboards to support day-to-day decision-making across teams.

As a Product Manager at OTCA, you will play a key role in leading the development of OTCA’s digital products, from product strategy and roadmap planning to feature development and performance monitoring. You will be responsible for creating optimal user experiences within OTCA’s digital education ecosystem.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Industrial Engineering, Psychology, or other relevant fields.
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Product Manager, preferably in the education industry or digital platform development.
Proven track record in managing end-to-end product lifecycle: market research, product strategy, feature development, and product evaluation.
Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams including Tech, Marketing, Sales, Academic, and Customer Support.
Proficient in Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management tools such as Jira, Trello, or similar.
Strong analytical skills with experience using Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or SQL.
Excellent communication and leadership skills, able to bridge business needs with technical teams.
