Taka Indonesia is a holding company established in 2009 and headquartered in Bandung, West Java, Indonesia, with the following subsidiaries:

1. TAKA Turbo (TAKA Turbomachinery Indonesia)– Established in 1999

Providing service and maintenance for rotating equipment such as gas turbine, steam turbine, centrifugal pump, centrifugal compressor and other turbomachinery parts.

2. TAKA Precision (TAKA Precision Manufacture Indonesia) – Founded in 2008

Providing manufacture for turbomachinery parts, industrial applications parts, repair and manufacture gearbox parts and other fabrications.

3. TAKA Hydrocore (TAKA Hydrocore Indonesia)– Established 2010

Providing solution for exploratory in geotechnical, geopyhsical, and hydrogeological survey, including water well drilling works.

4. TAKA Geodrill (TAKA Geodrill Indonesia)– Launched in 2016

Providing vessel operation for geotechnical survey, geophysical survey, and offshore support.
