Description

Salary Details

1. Training Period in Japan (2 months - 1 year, Japanese education)
Salary In Training Period (Nagoya City)
80,000JPY/month (about 8,600,000 IDR /month)
Residence provided
Health insurance, tax and transportation cost are settled by the company for the training period.
2. Work Period
Work in year 1
For Bachelor graduates: 230,000JPY/month (≒ IDR24,700,000/month)
Bonus is two times per year.
Residence Provided, transportation covered
Health insurance, income tax and pension plan will be sub-tracted from salary

Work in year 2
Salary increases, and additional duty allowance may be added depends on the performance, work status and future commitments.
For Bachelor graduates: 270,000JPY/month (≒ IDR29,000,000/month) +Duty allowance
Bonus and others are the same as year-1 above.

Work in year 3
Salary increases and additional duty allowance may be add-ed depends on the performance, work status and future commitments.
For Bachelor graduates: 300,000JPY/month (≒ IDR32,500,000/month) +Duty allowance
Bonus and others are the same as year-1 above.

Requirement

Available for : S1 (Bachelor degree) Mechanical, Engineering Physics or Production Engineering

Having vision/goals in life (such as becoming advanced engineer or leader of innovative team.)
Willing to improve through doing work. (not planning getting master or advanced degree in future)
Able to work more than 5 years in Japan
Major in Mechanical Engineering, Engineering Physics and Production Engineering
Bachelor degree graduated preferred.
Experience working in plants or factories for production design, factory management, quality control or equipment installation preferred
Preferably have one year or more work experience in plant or factory
Have good/strong communication skills and be a team player.
Willing to learn Japanese and its culture
Language: Fluent in English/Indonesian

Job Responsibilities

Improve existing equipment and facilities to maximize productivity and prevent defects
Promote manpower reduction and cost reduction based on the Toyota Production System
Assembly equipment design, System design and automation plant design
PLC design and programming
Improvement and design for jigs and tools
Determine the processing condition and improving the robustness
Improvement on mechanical and circuit design for mechanical and electronics perts
Improve the safety and working environment of production sites in compliance with laws and regulations
Develop production processes for the start of mass production
Prepare for production (startup of new equipment, equipment modifications, and loss reduction)
