1. Bachelor’s degree from a Top 20 public university in Indonesia. 2. Major in Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Physics Engineering, Telecommunication Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. 3. Minimum 1 years of work experience in production/process, preferably in the manufacturing industry. 4. Good understanding of manufacturing and production processes, including process and machine parameters. 5. Knowledge of Fiber Optics and glass materials is an advantage. Strong skills in manpower management, problem-solving, and decision-making. 6. Knowledge of PDCA, QC 7 Tools, and Lean Manufacturing. Able to prepare reports and presentations. 7. Good communication, coordination, and leadership skills. Good command of English and Microsoft Office.
