• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science or related field.
• 3 years of experience in HRIS, HR Technology, IT/Software Development or Automation System.
• Strong knowledge of HR systems, data management, reporting, and HR processes.
• Experience in developing automation solutions and digital workflows using tools such as Power Automate, Power Apps, AI tools, or similar platforms.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and HR analytics/reporting tools (e.g., Power BI).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills.
• Experience in system developer, system enhancement, process improvement, and AI enabled solutions is an advantage.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and project coordination skills.
• High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance.

• Minimum Bachelor degree with minimum GPA 3.25 from any discipline from reputable University.
