Kegiatan operasional meliputi desain, fabrikasi, instalasi, dan pengujian sistem utilitas dan proses berbasis stainless steel dengan standar internasional (ASME, ISO, dan GMP).

Kualifikasi Pendidikan
Minimal S1 Teknik Mesin / Teknik Metalurgi / Teknik Kimia.
Mampu membaca gambar teknik (P&ID, Isometric, GA Drawing).
Menguasai AutoCAD / SolidWorks / MS Project / Excel.
Pengalaman minimal 5-7 tahun di bidang Engineering project, pre-project, atau Estimator proyek
Pengalaman memimpin tim kecil (2–5 orang).
Berpengalaman dasar standar desain tangki, pressure vessel, dan sistem pipa (ASME, BPE, GMP dan ISO) khususnya proyek Vessel, Storage Tank, platform & Piping untuk industry Food & Beverage, Cosmetic, Chemical and pharmacy.
Memiliki kemampuan analisa, perencanaan, dan komunikasi lintas departemen.
Komunikasi dengan Costumer hingga Approval.
Portofolio achievement (jika ada).
Memimpin tim Pre-Project Staff dalam mempersiapkan seluruh dokumen teknis proyek.
Melakukan review dan validasi terhadap BOQ, proposal teknis, serta jadwal kerja proyek.
Memastikan kesesuaian desain awal dengan kebutuhan pelanggan dan kapasitas produksi.
Mengawasi proses klarifikasi teknis dengan pelanggan bersama Sales Engineering.
Menetapkan prioritas pekerjaan dan alur komunikasi antar departemen.
Menyusun laporan kemajuan persiapan proyek untuk Sales/Engineering Manager.
Mengontrol kesiapan dokumen sebelum handover ke Project Execution.
Membina dan meningkatkan kompetensi tim Pre-Project.
