· Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Electrical Engineering (preferably low-current systems) or Diploma IV (D4) in Electronics Engineering.

· Minimum 1 year experience on Battery Management System

· Understanding of lithium-ion battery pack production processes.

· Knowledge of DC electrical systems and electrical assembly processes.

· Basic understanding of spot welding, sorting machines, CCD inspection, and aging processes.

· Ability to monitor production output and key process parameters.

· Understanding of production quality standards and inspection processes.

· Ability to prepare daily production reports.

· Familiar with Microsoft Office and basic production monitoring systems / SAP.

· Strong leadership and production team supervision skills.

· Able to work in a fast-paced production environment.

· Willing to work shifts and overtime according to production needs.

· Comfortable working on the shop floor and coordinating across departments.
