General Qualifications
S1 /S2 from reputable universities with relevant field of studies with the minimum GPA - S1 : 3.00, max age : 25 - S2 : 3.25, max age : 28
Proficient in English and submit your score in the application TOEFL min. 450 or equivalent (We only accept score provided by official /authorized institution and valid).
No member of nuclear family currently works in BNI (i.e., parents, siblings).
Single, never been married, and willing to remain unmarried during the journey of this program
Have an interest to expand career in sales / marketing
Willing to be placed all over Indonesia to support retail segment business in regional
As a Product Associate, you’ll play a key role in enhancing our users' experience by managing the daily operations of our gaming products. You will also spearhead and contribute to product improvement initiatives, making a direct impact on our games and the users.
Job Description
Oversee daily product operations including configuration management, quality assurance, live environment monitoring, and handling of bugs or hacks.
Monitor and analyze product performance, conducting in-depth investigations into health metrics and user reports to ensure smooth, high-quality player experiences.
Engage with market trends and user communities to gather insights that drive continuous product improvement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams both locally and globally to address product-related challenges and deliver effective solutions.
Develop impactful product improvement proposals in collaboration with research and operations teams.
Support additional product initiatives or ad-hoc tasks as required to meet business and operational goals.
Minimum a Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business, Economics, Engineering, or other related fields (fresh graduates or early-career professionals with relevant internship or project experience are welcome to apply)
Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in Excel, data interpretation, and basic strategic research to identify issues and propose effective solutions.
Detail-oriented and meticulous, with proven ability to handle tasks requiring accuracy and consistency.
Excellent written and oral communication skills in Bahasa and English along with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
Highly passionate about games with a good knowledge of the gaming industry in Indonesia; having a deeper curiosity for game products and the industry's best practices

Kafka Engineer

3-5 years of dedicated experience designing, building, and managing production Apache Kafka environments.
Expert proficiency in Java and the Spring Boot ecosystem, with specific, hands-on experience using the Spring for Apache Kafka framework.
Deep understanding of the Kafka architecture, including topics, partitions, brokers, producers, consumers, and the Zookeeper/KRaft protocol. * Hands-on experience with the Kafka ecosystem, including Kafka Connect, Kafka Streams, and Schema Registry.
Proven experience in performance tuning of Kafka clusters and client applications.
Strong understanding of distributed systems concepts (e.g., fault tolerance, scalability, consistency).
Experience with cloud-native environments, including containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes).
Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform or Ansible.

Telecom BSS/OSS Analyst

2-3 years of experience in the Telecommunications industry as a System Analyst, Business Analyst, or Solution Designer.
Deep understanding of at least one core BSS area (e.g., Product Catalog, CRM, Order Management, Billing) and its role in the end-to-end service lifecycle.
Demonstrable experience in creating detailed technical documentation (FSDs, API specs, UML/BPMN diagrams) and translating business needs into technical requirements.
Excellent ability to analyze complex problems, model multifaceted business scenarios, and propose clear, logical solutions.
Ability to articulate complex technical concepts clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Familiarity with TM Forum concepts, Open APIs (e.g., TMF620, TMF622), and the eTOM/SID frameworks.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments and using tools like Jira and Confluence.
Basic scripting skills (SQL, Python) for data analysis or payload generation; experience reading system logs and using API testing tools (e.g., Postman).
