• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering , Mechatronic Engineer or a related field
• Have a minimum of 3 years work experience as a SMT Engineer or in an SMT Mfg. company
• Fresh graduate are welcome to apply
• Understand several manufacture electronics part / machine
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Familiarity with relevant electrical codes, safety regulations, and industry standards
• Proficiency in using electrical design software, such as AutoCAD, PLC programming tools, and simulation software
• Have Statistical Analysis and Process Management Experience
• Preferably able to speak and write English (minimum TOEFL 500 / TOEIC Speaking 130)
• Proficient in using Ms. Office (Ms. Excel and Ms. Power Point)
• Willing to be placed in Cikarang (Bekasi, West Java)
• Domiciled in the area around the City / District. Bekasi or Jakarta.

Additional :
• VDA 6.3 Certification: If possess certification as an Internal Auditor or External Auditor
• Experienced in handling customers, especially Automotive customer
• Work Experience in Process Automotive-Repair: Familiarity with standards like IPC-7711, etc.
