Age required above 20 years old and maximum 25 years old.
Minimum Bachelor Degree of Industrial Engineering with GPA > 3.00 from a reputable university.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, or candidates with at least 1 year of experience in a related field.
Have a strong understanding of Supply Chain Management System.
Ability to analyze data, identify quality issues, and propose corrective actions.
Have good computer literacy and be fluent in English, both written and spoken.
Understand and have an interest in the Automotive Manufacturing Process.
Willing to be placed in Bekasi, West Java.
Develop and maintain production schedules based on customer forecasts/POs and machining line capacity (CNC, turning, milling)
Calculate material requirements (raw material, tooling, consumables) based on BOM and production plan
Monitor and control raw material, WIP, and finished goods inventory to avoid overstock/stockout
Coordinate with Purchasing to ensure timely material delivery from suppliers based on lead time
Manage customer delivery schedules and ensure on-time shipment per PO/contract
Handle schedule changes, rush orders, and demand fluctuations from customers
Prepare production and inventory reports (output vs plan, delivery achievement, stock aging)
Analyze root causes of delays and propose corrective actions
Support continuous improvement initiatives (lead time reduction, WIP minimization, lean/JIT practices)
Ensure PPIC processes align with ERP/MRP system for accurate planning
