3-5 years of experience in a Network Engineer, NOC Engineer, or similar role with a focus on device and service operations.
Strong hands-on experience with enterprise routing hardware from multiple vendors (e.g., Cisco, Fortinet, Mikrotik, Juniper).
Demonstrable experience with SD-WAN technologies and concepts. Must understand and be able to manage SD-WAN controllers, edge devices, and policies.
Solid understanding of core networking protocols and concepts, including TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, VLANs, and IPsec VPNs.
Experience with network troubleshooting tools (e.g., ping, traceroute, and packet captures).
Industry certifications such as CCNA, JNCIA, or vendor-specific SD-WAN certifications.
Experience with centralized device management and monitoring platforms (e.g., Zabbix, PRTG, SolarWinds).
Familiarity with ITSM/ITIL frameworks for incident, problem, and change management.

Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of network devices, including provisioning, configuration, deployment, and decommissioning of routers (CPE) and SD-WAN appliances.
Administer and maintain the SD-WAN fabric, including edge and hub devices. Monitor overlay tunnel health, configure application-aware routing policies, and ensure optimal service performance.
Act as a primary escalation point (L2)) for all device-related service incidents. Perform in-depth troubleshooting and root cause analysis for connectivity, hardware, and performance issues.
Implement configuration changes, firmware upgrades, and security patches across a multi-vendor device fleet, following strict change management protocols.
Proactively monitor the health and performance of all managed devices (CPU, memory, latency, traffic utilization). Identify trends and potential issues before they impact service.
Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including device configuration standards, network diagrams, and operational runbooks.
