• Manage green consultancy projects independently with minimal supervision.
• Produce reports, presentations and project submissions.
• Source for materials, products, technical specification and cost.
• Conduct all necessary calculations and simulations, such as ACMV system, lighting, landscape, ETTV/OTTV, energy simulation, wind simulation, daylight simulation, solar radiation simulation, carbon emission, Green House Gas emissions, etc.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary consultants, building owners, contractors, suppliers, and authorities.
• Conduct physical walk through and detail measurement of the building related to ACMV, lighting, indoor comfort, etc, to analyse building system performance and propose improvement, if needed.
• Support marketing, sales, training, and administrative activities.
