Maintain and update all employee files, both physical and digital, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
Assist with the new hire process, schedule meetings, prepare reports, and manage department-related correspondence.
Post job openings and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
Support the payroll process by ensuring accurate data entry and record-keeping.
Help ensure all HR-related activities and documentation comply with company policies and relevant labor laws.
Serve as the initial point of contact for employee inqries regarding HR policies, procedures, and basic benefits information.

Requirement

Experience All
Degree Bachelor
Pay Less than US$1,300(US$:NT$≒1:30) 12000 ~ 36000
