Conduct market analysis and research
Develop and implement strategic sourcing plans to identify and secure the best suppliers for goods and services.
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of purchasing staff.
Provide guidance, set performance goals, and ensure the team''''s professional development.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key suppliers.
Continuously review and improve purchasing policies, procedures, and systems to enhance efficiency and transparency.
Ensure all purchasing activities comply with company policies, legal regulations, and ethical standards. Identify and mitigate supply chain risks.
Work closely with other departments, such as production, finance, and logistics, to ensure a seamless and efficient supply chain.

Requirement

Experience 3 years
Degree Bachelor
Pay Less than US$1,300(US$:NT$≒1:30) 12000 ~ 36000
