To be qualified for this role you should:

1. Bachelor’s degree (S1) or Diploma (D3) in Finance, Accounting, Management, Business Administration or related field.
2. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; internship or organizational experience is a plus.
3. Basic understanding of financial principles and accounting practices.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel for financial tasks).
5. Strong attention to detail, organizational, and analytical skills.
6. Good communication skills and ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
7. Proactive, eager to learn, and able to multitask across finance and human capital functions.
