As a Project Associate, you will be at the forefront of driving internal improvements by identifying gaps in sales and operational workflows. You’ll transform these insights into strategic, high-impact initiatives. This role requires close collaboration with leadership, sales, and operations teams to develop and implement systems that enhance decision-making and ensure efficient daily execution across departments.
3–5 years of experience managing projects or building internal systems involving people, process, and tech.
Strong analytical mindset with proven impact in driving operational improvements.
Skilled in designing workflows, SOPs, and internal playbooks to scale operations.
Proficient in Excel, Airtable, Looker Studio, and Respond.io.
Bonus: familiar with tools like Clay, Relevance AI, Softr, or Zapier.
Excellent communicator, able to align cross-functional teams with clarity.
Thrives in fast-paced environments and remains solution-focused under pressure.
Identify inefficiencies in sales and operations, and turn them into high-impact, actionable projects.
Build smart dashboards and data pipelines to support fast, informed decision-making.
Collaborate closely with leadership to drive bold, strategic initiatives across teams.
Develop and document scalable SOPs and internal workflows.
Communicate progress and updates clearly to ensure team alignment.
Take charge in urgent situations with composure, clarity, and action-oriented mindset.
