As a Product Associate, you will contribute to delivering relevant, scalable, and future-ready learning solutions that meet the evolving needs of Indonesia’s young generation.

As a Product Associate at OTCA, you will play a key role in supporting the Product Manager in executing product development strategies, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and analyzing product performance metrics. This role offers hands-on experience in managing digital products within the education sector, providing opportunities to contribute directly to impactful solutions. You'll be part of a dynamic and collaborative environment that values innovation, user-centric design, and continuous improvement.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Industrial Engineering, or other relevant disciplines.
  • 2–5 years of experience in a Product Associate, Product Analyst, or similar role preferably in EdTech, SaaS, or digital learning platforms.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and hands-on experience using product management tools such as Jira, Trello, or Asana.
  • Working knowledge of product analytics tools like Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or similar platforms to monitor user behavior and product performance.
  • Strong communication and cross-functional coordination skills, with the ability to work closely with teams such as Tech, Academic, Design, and Marketing.
  • A structured and analytical mindset, with strong problem-solving abilities and high attention to detail.
  • A strong interest in education and digital learning, along with a growth mindset and eagerness to build a career in product management at a purpose-driven company like OTCA.
  • Assist in the end-to-end development of OTCA’s digital education products, including market research, requirement gathering from stakeholders (such as academic advisors and learners), product testing, and coordinating release timelines to meet business and learning goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Tech, UI/UX Design, Academic Content, Marketing, and Sales to ensure that each product supports OTCA’s mission in providing accessible and high-impact learning experiences for Indonesian students and professionals.
  • Conduct research and gather insights through user interviews, testing sessions with learners, and competitor benchmarking to inform product feature decisions and improvements.
  • Monitor product performance using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Hotjar, or internal dashboards), identifying usage trends, learning engagement, and areas for enhancement.
  • Collect and prioritize feedback from learners, instructors, internal stakeholders, and partner institutions to refine product features in alignment with OTCA’s vision of continuous growth and innovation.
