Rigsis has expertise in drilling engineering and surface facility engineering. Our consultants are professionals with solid competency in their field respectively and have been involved in almost all geothermal areas in Indonesia, either in the exploration and/or development phase. Senior Process Engineer will contribute to feasibility studies, front-end engineering design (FEED), design reviews, and technical due diligence across a range of geothermal surface facility projects.
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in chemical engineering or a related field.
Minimum of 8 years of experience as a process engineer, with at least 5 years in geothermal projects.
Proven experience in FEED, feasibility studies, and/or due diligence of geothermal surface systems.
Strong understanding of thermodynamics, heat exchange systems, and fluid handling in high-temperature environments.
Familiarity with process design tools and simulations (e.g., HYSYS, Aspen Plus) is an advantage, but not mandatory.
Speak both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
Lead or support the development of process designs for geothermal power plants and associated surface facilities.
Conduct feasibility-level and front-end engineering studies, including process simulations and system optimisation.
Review and assess design documentation from clients, partners, or contractors for technical soundness and compliance.
Contribute to technical due diligence of geothermal assets, assessing surface system performance and identifying risks.
Prepare high-quality technical reports and presentations for both Indonesian and international clients.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including civil, electrical, and subsurface experts.
