Star Energy Geothermal conducts Trainee Program as an accelerated training program for fresh graduates from reputable university,  that is designed to transform the trainee from generalist to be geothermal expert. The program consists pf

  • STARTECH – Star Energy Geothermal Technical Trainee
  • STARFAST - Star Energy Geothermal Finance Analyst and Strategy Trainee
  • STARSHINE – Star Energy Geothermal for Supply Chain, Human Capital, IT Trainee

  • Bachelor’s degree or Master degree majoring in:
    a. Petroleum Engineering
    b. Geological Engineering
    c. Mechanical Engineering
    d. Chemical Engineering
    e. Electrical Engineering
    f. Industrial Engineering
  • Minimum GPA of 3.25 out of 4.00
  • Fresh Graduates of maximum 2 years work experiences, preferably in energy industry
  • Maximum 25 years for Bachelor degree and 28 years for Master degree
  • Good oral and written communication in English with minimum
  • TOEFL score 500
