Core Requirements:

• Proficiency in Python as the primary language for backend development.
• Experience with Django framework.
• Familiarity with Git and GitHub for version control, including branching, pull requests, and code reviews.
• Database knowledge: Experience with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL), and ORM systems like Django ORM.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills in both English and Indonesian.

Ideal (Bonus) Qualifications:

• Familiarity with testing frameworks (e.g., PyTest, Unittest) for maintaining unit tests.
• CI/CD Knowledge: Familiarity with continuous integration and deployment pipelines.
• Experience or interest in AI, LLMs (Large Language Models), or machine learning technologies.
• Familiarity with Docker or containerization for local development or deployment.
• Experience with task management tools like Jira, Trello, or Asana.
• Understanding of Agile methodologies, especially Scrum.
