Future Pipe Industries (FPI) developed the Graduate Program formally known as the FPI Engineer’s Personal Development Plan Program to recruit, train, place and retain high potential college graduates from various global universities. Past recruits have come from over a wide range of universities, bringing dynamic talent pool to the company.
The People & Culture Team recognizes the value of ensuring recent graduates receive the training and development needed to ensure they are able to meet the current and the future job requirements. This development program aims to provide a road map for personal and professional growth.
FPI is looking for applicants who are ready for challenges, able to multi-task and can consistently deliver quality results. Successful candidates will be enthusiastic about what they do and open to change, continually challenging themselves and others to improve while working in a team environment. Candidates must possess or be working towards a bachelor’s or master’s degree and must have received their degree no more than one year prior to when the program begins. A minimum GPA of 3 and above is required to be a part of the program.
• Hands-on experience with IT tools and business software systems.
• Excellent presentation skills.
• Ability to develop action plans and schedules.
• Ability to write reports and presentations to support the decision process by senior management
The Graduate Program is a full-time program and will consist of 3 rotations, with each lasting 4 months, throughout the numerous divisions of FPI. The rotational schedule focuses on providing a well-rounded experience in such capacities as engineering, operations, manufacturing and more. The program is open to graduates specializing in the following areas:
• Engineering degree in Mechanical, Civil, Chemical, or Industrial • Supply Chain Management
• Information Technology
• Human Resources
• Business Administration
• Finance
• Sales & Marketing
Rotations are customized according to the likely pre- determined position, employee’s background, skills, and future career goals at FPI. The employees are given everyday assignments, special projects and responsibilities intended to challenge and develop their industry foundation. This sets the stage for their career at FPI while also having an immediate impact on the organization. At the conclusion of approximately twelve months in the program, participants are positioned into a permanent role in the company based on the performance in the program and FPI’s business needs.

• Rotations will be customized as per business needs in liaison with the Global Talent Acquisition Team.
• Performance evaluation to be conducted in liaison with Global Talent Acquisition Team and the respective Function Manager.
• A permanent position is offered to the trainee at the end of the program duration.
