a) Make a maintenance plan for machines and equipment for all units at GTI.
b) Evaluate the preventive maintenance program for machines in each unit.
c) Create a Maintenance employee development program in all units managed by the company.
d) Ensure all work equipment is in good condition for proper and efficient tool operation.
e) Carry out routine inspections in each unit to find problems that could affect the production process.
a) Graduated from Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Environmental Engineering
b) Willing to work in the field, related to machine maintenance and/or repair
c) Have good analytical and problem solving skills
