Commercial Finance Analyst

Provide financial support by providing analysis, review, planning, and control for the marketing accrual and marketing program to ensure that the organization’s resources are managed in a commercially sound manner. Also, to support the achievement of CCEP’s key organizational strategies relating to Marketing Program.

Key Responsibilities

· Formulate and develop data needed into a concrete report and analysis for every section in which he/she responsible to, for supporting the business process of CCEP.

· Review and develop the commercial decision making around particular marketing program to determine commercial decision making

· Develop and reconcile the report of monthly accrual, realization or else (of commercial finance activities), to provide significant data of marketing program in maximizing budget productivity

· Initiate any insight of commercial finance best practice in order to support the analysis report and to develop them.

· Revise and formulate the monthly status and communication of business highlighting key risks and future programs to deliver optimal returns for CCEP, customers and to support anything which require further actions.

· Identify room for improvements, develop improvement program and monitor the implementation to increase process efficiency, cost effectiveness, or increase productivity.

· Take responsibility for providing and managing a work environment that is safe and without risk to health by ensuring OHS policy, plans, procedures, induction, training, and work instructions are followed.

· Ensure that hazard management including identification, assessment and control are undertaken.
