Research & Development Staff - Dharma Group

Looking for

  • Improve company's current technologies and develop innovations
  • Designing detailed project plans with engineering, manufacturing and marketing
    teams to manage every aspect of product development
  • Redesign existing products according to industry standards
  • Tests design prototypes and modifies design based upon test results
  • Conducting research to identify the types of products customers prefer and evaluating an existing product's current market performance

  • Bachelor Degree in Mechanical/Electronics Mechatronics Engineering or Product
    Design
  • Having at least 1 year experience in the same field, fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Advance in using Solidworks/Catia/AutoCad or any other software for technical
    drawing
  • Passionate in automotive industry and researching process
  • Self-driven, high initiatives and curiosity
  • Fluently communicate in English both spoken and written, will be advantage if also in Japanese or Korean
