Requirements:
· Bachelor's degree (S1) in Industrial Engineering or Accounting from a reputable University.
· Fresh Graduate or have a maximum of 2 years work experience.
· Minimum GPA of 3.00 (Scale 4.00).
· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
· Detail-oriented, strong analytical, and multitasking abilities.
· Proficient in English.
Job Descriptions:
· Conducting strategic evaluations and analyses of the company's condition and market developments.
· Coordinating and synergizing the PDCA cycle in accordance with the company's goals.
