1. Bachelor degree or above, major in water conservancy and hydropower construction.
2. Good savvy, hard-working, strong sense of responsibility, strong communication and coordination skills, and team awareness;
3. Strong sense of initiative, complete work with quality and quantity;
4. Possess relevant professional and technical capabilities;
5. Strong team awareness, obey the arrangement of the company or superiors.
1. Assist the project manager in the on-site management of the project and solve the construction problems on the construction site;
2. Responsible for the management and use of safety measures and signs, and record the safety account in time;
3. Do a good job of explaining the technology, quality and safety of the team, and inspect and supervise every day;
4. Do a good job of recording the construction diary, collect and sort out the technical information and completion acceptance information of the project in time;
5. Responsible for inspection and rectification of hidden dangers and problems in quality, safety, civilized construction and other aspects of the construction site;
6. Responsible for the routine safety inspection activities of the project, and make inspection records, assist in the implementation of reward and punishment measures, stop violations, and handle and record general accidents;
7. Carry out safety education for new workers entering the construction site and safety education for daily production;
8. Other work related to the management of the construction site.
Salary Range: 8-18 monthly salary.
