Description

Requirement

Bachelor or Master Degree min. 5 years experiences in consultancies or related field
Strong in English both writing and oral
Adhere to deadlines
Strong work ethics, problem-solving, organizational and project management skills
Education background min. Bachelor Degree in Engineering (Civil/Planning/Industrial/Environmental/or others related)

Job Responsibilities

Preparing Project Planning, including: goals, scope, timelines, and deliverables
Communicate with team members, stakeholders, and other relevant parties to ensure everyone is informed about project progress, changes, and important decisions
Identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them
Managing the project budget
Track project timelines and milestones
Quality control of project deliverables to meet the standard
Engage with stakeholders, including clients, sponsors, and other relevant parties
Maintain comprehensive project documentation
Oversee the closure of the project, ensuring that all deliverables are met and the project is formally concluded
