A Support Engineer solves problems submitted by Clients well and maintains the process of solving them smoothly and thoroughly; Provide remote and on-site support for all clients and projects; Ensure proper recording and reporting of all issues; and Provide prompt and accurate feedback to clients.
Requirements:

High willingness to learn.
Discipline, keen to detail, creative, and communicative.
Work experience is not necessary.
Minimum education Bachelor Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Science & Technology or equivalent.
Good knowledge of Linux Operating System administration.
Willing to be placed to work outside Jakarta and abroad.
Have analytical and systematic thinking.
