Over the course of P&G’s history in Indonesia, ITB has been one of our strongest partners in the academy. Many P&G leaders are proud alumni of ITB and, each year, we continue to hire graduates from your university who demonstrate great potential to become future global leaders of our organization.

In 2014, P&G introduces CEO ACADEMY- the next innovation of ASEAN Business Challenges to provide students with exclusive world class trainings, real business case studies so as to unleash their leadership potential. Your students will be coached and trained by P&G senior managers for variety of skill sets such as: leadership, teamwork, analytical thinking and career guidance. More than that, they can experience the real corporate life through sharing, interactions with campus alumnus. This program is our strong commitment to develop and grow local talents into future leaders.

There are 3 stages in the program:

1. Awareness and Opening registration: Top 100 student leaders will be identified
2. Event Launch Date: 17 November 2014 .Students sign up for courses they would like to learn.
3. CEO ACADEMY week & GRADUATION date 18 November 2014: P&G Intensive Training & coaching day.

Targeted participants: 3^rd year and 4^th year students who have strong academic results and leadership experiences.

Registration process: Students visit P&G career website to start online registration. Please go to www.experiencepg.com to submit application. Upon successful screening, P&G will inform results to students and their campuses.

To ensure the quality of CEO ACADEMY, the training is only open for Top 100 students. We would like to have BEST from ITB.
