About the Role
We are seeking a fresh graduate or entry level that is highly organized to be Executive & Research Assistant to provide direct support in both administrative and research-related tasks. This unique role combines the agility of a personal assistant with the analytical mindset of a research associate—perfect for individuals who thrive at the intersection of coordination and knowledge management.

Requirement

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in any field, preferably STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics/Economy).
Strong skills in academic research, journal search (e.g., PubMed, Scopus, Google Scholar), and summarization.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia, Mandarin is strongly preferred.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities.
Tech-savvy and proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace; reference management tools (Mendeley, Zotero) are a plus.

Job Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

Provide day-to-day executive assistance, including scheduling, correspondence, and task management.
Conduct literature reviews, search for relevant scientific journals, and summarize key findings.
Prepare concise research briefs and presentations to support decision-making.
Manage documents, reports, and knowledge databases for quick reference.
Coordinate professional and administrative affairs with efficiency and discretion.
