Recognized Diploma or Degree in a related field of study.
Possess 3–5 years of relevant experience in the local construction engineering industry, including manufacturing plant construction and data centre fit-out works.
Outgoing personality with strong interpersonal and effective communication skills.
Ability to work independently and be target-oriented in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to interact effectively with clients, consultants, project members, and managers at all levels.
Must be an Indonesian citizen.
Able to communicate in English.
PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, effective communication, adaptability, and leadership abilities. Candidates should demonstrate technical proficiency in mechanical engineering, creativity in developing solutions, and a commitment to safety and ethical standards.
Site preparation and coordination, preparation of submission documents.
Coordinate, liaise, and manage various project stakeholders, including customers, consultants, subcontractors, and vendors on site to ensure project requirements are met.
Prepare detailed drawings, specifications, and documentation for mechanical systems.
Conduct site visits to monitor the installation and progress of mechanical systems.
Communicate effectively with all stakeholders.
Prepare and create detailed work schedules, manpower, and resource planning.
Select appropriate materials and equipment for mechanical systems.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues that arise during design, construction, and commissioning phases.
Understand engineering drawings and perform basic engineering calculations and design.
Coordinate the safety management system on site.
Ensure all mechanical systems comply with relevant codes, standards, and regulations.
Follow up and report on project progress.
Perform all other ad hoc tasks as assigned by the reporting manager.
