Inventory Management Staff

Looking for
S1

  • Perform verification of incoming and outgoing goods against documents (PR, PO, DO, Packing List) and coordinate physical checks, QC process, and delivery arrangements.
  • Execute daily warehouse and inventory data administration, including stock transfer records (SR/RR), invoice uploads, and ERP transaction entries (e.g., Accurate, KLB steps).
  • Participate in regular physical stock opname (Finished Goods, MWH, RND/Operational pipelines) and assist in stock discrepancy/adjustment administration across group entities.
  • Handle Purchase Requests (PR) for warehouse consumables, review service invoices, and manage general warehouse administrative documentation.
  • Collaborate with QC, Production Planning (PPIC), Finance, and Operations teams to maintain smooth material flow and accurate stock reporting.

  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
  • Good understanding of basic inventory management principles, warehousing processes, and supply chain operations.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace (especially Excel / Google Sheets for data processing), with familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., Accurate, WMS) being a plus.
  • High attention to detail, strong numerical skills, and good analytical ability for inventory administration and stock reconciliation.
  • Strong communication skills, proactive, well-organized, and able to collaborate effectively across departments.
  • Highly disciplined, honest, responsible, and capable of working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
