DevOps Engineer is responsible for establishing and maintaining the infrastructure, deployment pipelines, monitoring systems, and operational practices required to deliver a secure, reliable, scalable, and highly available school ERP platform.
● Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field.
● Minimum 2 years of experience in DevOps, cloud infrastructure, system administration, or related roles.
● Experience with CI/CD tools, Git, Linux, and deployment automation.
● Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud.
● Understanding of Docker, container orchestration, networking, and database operations.
● Knowledge of application security, system monitoring, backup, and disaster recovery.
● Strong troubleshooting, automation, and incident management skills.
● Experience managing production environments for ERP, SaaS, or enterprise applications is an advantage.
● Design, configure, and maintain development, testing, staging, and production environments.
● Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate software testing, deployment, and release processes.
● Manage cloud infrastructure, servers, networking, containers, and application environments.
● Implement monitoring, logging, alerting, and performance management processes.
● Establish backup, disaster recovery, and system availability procedures.
● Apply infrastructure security practices, access controls, patch management, and vulnerability monitoring.
● Collaborate with developers to troubleshoot deployment issues and improve system reliability.
● Automate infrastructure provisioning, configuration management, and routine operational tasks.
● Maintain infrastructure documentation and support production incidents and system maintenance.
