Description

The Graduate Engineering Trainee will support the Operations team at a hyperscale data center located in Cikarang in the safe, reliable and efficient operation of data center electrical systems. This entry-level role is designed for fresh graduates in Electrical Engineering and provides structured, hands-on exposure to critical power systems, preventive maintenance, equipment monitoring, incident response, documentation and continuous improvement in a mission-critical data center environment.

Requirement

· Bachelor's degree in Electrical (Power/Control/Electronics) Engineering

· Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

· Basic understanding of engineering fundamentals and industrial equipment.

· Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills.

· Eagerness to learn, willingness to work hands-on, and adaptability in a dynamic operational environment.

· Strong commitment to safety, teamwork, integrity, and continuous improvement.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with AutoCAD, electrical drawings, HVAC systems, or engineering analysis tools is an advantage.

· Willingness to work in a mission-critical data center environment, including shift work when required.

· Able to communicate in Bahasa Indonesia and working English.

· Willing to work on site at a hyperscale data center located in Cikarang and, where required by operations, follow standby or on-call arrangements.

Job Responsibilities

Support the operation and maintenance of critical electrical systems, including HV/MV/LV switchgear, transformers, UPS, generators, and power distribution systems.
Assist with preventive maintenance, equipment inspections, testing, and troubleshooting.
Monitor electrical system performance and support equipment reliability improvement initiatives.
Participate in technical investigations, incident analysis, and root cause analysis (RCA).
Assist in preparing technical reports, maintenance records, SOPs, and MOPs.
Learn and comply with electrical safety procedures, permit-to-work requirements, and operational standards.
