With its expertise in fire protection, the company provides solutions designed to meet the specific safety requirements of high-risk industries and ensure compliance with applicable local regulations and international standards such as NFPA.

Job Description

  1. Plan and implement project work plans effectively and in accordance with established targets.
  2. Perform calculations and engineering design for fire fighting systems.
  3. Direct drafters in implementing designs and calculations into working drawings.
  4. Prepare all necessary engineering documents required to commence work at the project site.
  5. Conduct training on the fire fighting systems installed at the project site.
  6. Ensure that designs comply with local regulations and NFPA standards.
  7. Monitor and control the project scope, cost, and schedule.
  8. Serve as a Project Manager for multiple projects.
  9. Communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.
  10. Identify, resolve, and make decisions regarding project issues.
  11. Coordinate and effectively manage project manpower.

Qualifications

  1. Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Engineering, preferably Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Engineering. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  2. Minimum 3 years of experience in a related field.
  3. Experience in Mechanical, and/or Piping (MEP) is preferred.
  4. Proficient in spoken and written English, with a minimum TOEFL score of 500.
  5. Proficient in AutoCAD.
  6. Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Project, Word, and Excel.
  7. Knowledge of fire fighting systems is preferred.
  8. Willing to be assigned to project locations outside Jakarta.
  9. Able to work effectively under pressure.
  10. Able to read and interpret technical drawings.
  11. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  12. Trustworthy, responsible, and honest.
  13. Applicants domiciled in Jabodetabek are preferred.
