• To manage for handling customer as Customers service
• To manage for handling suppliers
• To ensure that all customer document requests can be fulfilled properly
• Have a minimum of 3 years work experience as QA Staff / QA Supervisor in an electronics or automotive manufacturing company
• Fluent in English, preferably with TOEIC/TOEFL certificate will be a benefit.
• TOEFL score minimum 540 or TOEIC Speaking score minimum 140.
• Over 3 years of Analysis Experience for PDCA / DMAIC / 8D / QC 7 Tool
• Understanding the IATF Core Tools
• Accustomed to a goal-oriented work system
• Accustomed to writing reports in English
• Proficient in using Ms. Office
• Experience for handling customers complain
Additional :
• Has VDA / IATF certificate
• Understanding and experience for Audit
• Bachelor's degree for graduates in electrical / electronics engineering
