  1. Recruit and develop personnel to strengthen market understanding and relationships with key markets (China and Taiwan)
  2. Strengthen marketing activities and market intelligence gathering through customer visits
  3. Develop sales strategy and product portfolio (PF) strategy based on marketing activities and market analysis
  4. Evaluate production allocation by product and customer based on sales trends, market conditions, profitability, and business strategy

  1. Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Marketing, or Business Administration
  2. Business-level proficiency in English and Mandarin
  3. Strong market analysis and strategic marketing skills
  4. Sales/marketing experience in the electronic components industry
