PT Bussan Auto Finance (BAF)
adalah salah satu perusahaan pembiayaan terkemuka di Indonesia yang berfokus
pada pembiayaan sepeda motor baru merek Yamaha, sepeda motor bekas, pembiayaan
syariah, mobil, multi-produk (elektronik dan peralatan rumah tangga), mesin

usahanya, BAF terdaftar dan diawasi oleh Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (OJK)
serta menjadi anggota Asosiasi Perusahaan Pembiayaan Indonesia (APPI)

tahun, BAF telah melayani 8,2 juta pelanggan dan didukung oleh
sekitar 9.000 karyawan yang tersebar di 250 lokasi di seluruh
Indonesia.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct evaluations and assessments of existing business processes, SOPs, systems, tools, and work mechanisms to identify improvement opportunities.
Develop business process improvement strategies and recommendations in collaboration with relevant departments/divisions to enhance operational effectiveness, efficiency, and quality.
Coordinate the implementation of improvement initiatives and monitor the effectiveness of implemented changes to ensure desired outcomes are achieved.
Provide recommendations for enhancing processes, procedures, and company policies based on evaluation results and evolving business needs.
Requirements:
Minimum Bachelor’s degree from all major.
Have a minimum 3 years experience in Multifinance or banking industry.
Preferably to have knowledge about Lean Six Sigma and an understanding of running Improvement Culture in the Company.
Intermediate skill for English communication.
Advance in operating Microsoft Office and presentation skill.
