The core objective of the Management Development Program is to provide participants with a comprehensive training experience, aimed at fostering and refining their leadership, business acumen, teamwork aptitude, professional expertise, and soft skills.
• Bachelor’s Degree from any major with a minimum GPA: 3.20
• Have knowledge of data analysis and data-driven insights, supported by proficiency in SQL, Tableau, and Power BI
• Seeking future leaders with strong analytical thinking, innovative, and excellent communication skills
• Fluent in English
• Flexibility is key, must be open to assignments across Indonesia
