To be qualified for this role you should: 

1. Bachelor's Degree in Petroleum Engineering or a related field. 
2. 0-3 years of experience as a Drilling Engineer or in a related role. 
3. Basic understanding of well planning and design concepts (e.g., trajectory, casing, wellhead, drilling fluids, cementing, and bit selection).
4. Familiarity with drilling operations (onshore/offshore) is an advantage. 
5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 
6. Excellent communication skills and have advanced English proficiency, both spoken and written (essential) 
7. Eagerness to learn, take initiative, and contribute to various aspects of drilling projects.    
8. Interest in researching new drilling technologies, including AI and Machine Learning.
