Description

(Salary Details)

1. Training Period in Japan (2 months - 1 year, Japanese education) Salary In Training Period (Nagoya City) 80,000JPY/month (about 8,880,000 IDR /month) Residence provided. Health insurance, and tax are settled by the company for the training period.

2. Work Period

(Year 1)

For Bachelor graduates: 250,000JPY/month (≒ IDR27,700,000 /month) Bonus is two times per year. Residence Provided, transportation covered Health insurance, income tax and pension plan will be subtracted from salary

(Year 2)

Salary increases, and additional duty allowance may be added depends on the performance, work status and future commitments.

For Bachelor graduates: 300,000JPY/month (≒ IDR33,300,000 /month) + Duty allowance Bonus and others are the same as year-1 above.

(Year 3)

Salary increases and additional duty allowance may be added depends on the performance, work status and future commitments.

For Bachelor graduates: 330,000JPY/month (≒ IDR36,600,000 /month) +Duty allowance Bonus and others are the same as year-1 above.

Requirement

S1 (Bachelor degree) : Electrical Engineering, Engineering Physics,

Having vision/goals in life (such as becoming advanced engineer or leader of innovative team).
Willing to improve through doing work (not planning getting master or advanced degree in future).
Able to work more than 3 years.
Major in Electronics/Electrical Engineering or other related major.
Experience and use of C, C++, and Python (Java, JavaScript, and C# are also preferred)
Experience in Control system or embedded system.
Basic understanding on hardware design, testing, and prototyping.
Have good/strong communication skills and be a team player.
Willing to learn Japanese and its culture.
Willing to learn new engineering skills from your major field and other fields.
Language: Fluent in English/Indonesian.

Job Responsibilities

Analysis and design of integrated circuit.

Development of control system or embedded system for automobile, medical devices, and other fields

Design, development, and testing of electronic components (e.g., Circuits, Devices, and Control Systems)

Analysis and testing of systems, including software design and simulation.

Software and hardware design for control system for various fields

Embedded system design and programming for various fields

Improvement of Network security and platform security

Design related to AI, cloud computing, and network engineering.

AI design, algorithm analysis and big data simulation.
