(Salary Details)

1. Training Period in Japan (2 months - 1 year, Japanese education) Salary In Training Period (Nagoya City) 80,000JPY/month (about 8,880,000 IDR /month) Residence provided. Health insurance, and tax are settled by the company for the training period.

2. Work Period

(Year 1)

For Bachelor graduates: 250,000JPY/month (≒ IDR27,700,000 /month) Bonus is two times per year. Residence Provided, transportation covered Health insurance, income tax and pension plan will be subtracted from salary

(Year 2)

Salary increases, and additional duty allowance may be added depends on the performance, work status and future commitments.

For Bachelor graduates: 300,000JPY/month (≒ IDR33,300,000 /month) + Duty allowance Bonus and others are the same as year-1 above.

(Year 3)

Salary increases and additional duty allowance may be added depends on the performance, work status and future commitments.

For Bachelor graduates: 330,000JPY/month (≒ IDR36,600,000 /month) +Duty allowance Bonus and others are the same as year-1 above.

  • Electrical Power Engineering
  • Electrical Engineering, Engineering Physics
  1. Academic background or practical knowledge in elec-trical plant facility management
  2. Educational background in Electrical Engineering, particularly in heavy electrical systems and power en-gineering
  3. Fundamental knowledge of :Three-phase AC power systems, Transformers, High-voltage electrical equip-ment and power distribution systems, Other related electrical power engineering concepts
  4. Major in Electrical power engineering, Electron-ics/Electrical engineering, Engineering physics or other related major.
  5. Has clear career goals and long-term professional am-bitions
  6. Demonstrates a strong commitment to professional growth through practical work experience
  7. Able to work more than 5 years in Japan
  8. Has good/strong communication skills and be a team player
  9. Willing to learn Japanese and its culture
  10. Language: Fluent in English/Indonesian

Job description

Electrical facility maintenance and management for an ex-tra-high-voltage receiving plant (owner/client-side role ra-ther than hands-on maintenance technician work).

Job responsibility

  1. Planning maintenance programs and budgets for such as transformers and power distribution lines
  2. Coordinating and supervising maintenance work and electrical construction projects
  3. Restoring operations and implementing preventive measures in response to electrical issues, such as ground faults, and unexpected power outages
  4. Operating extra-high-voltage transformer equipment
  5. Monitoring and compiling energy consumption data, and preparing/submitting reports required by govern-ment authorities
  6. Client-side project management role
  7. Experiences in power plant or engineering plant with use of hight voltage equipment will be preferred quali-fication
  8. Experience giving work and safety instructions will be preferred qualification
