Requirement

Fluent in Tagalog and English (spoken and written).
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Preferred backgrounds in Technical Sales.
B2B sales experience.
Basic understanding of mechanical/electrical systems.
Ability to explain technical products clearly.
Project coordination and client management.
Proposal and tender preparation.
Good presentation skills.
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.

Job Responsibilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities in the hydropower and renewable energy sector.
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and partners.
Present hydro turbine products and technical solutions to customers.
Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales presentations.
Coordinate with engineering and project teams to meet client requirements.
Handle negotiations and support contract closing processes.
Follow up on tenders, project inquiries, and sales leads.
Conduct client meetings and occasional site visits.
Monitor sales pipelines and achieve revenue targets.
Understand customer needs related to water flow, turbine capacity, and project efficiency.
Communicate effectively with Tagalog-speaking clients and stakeholders.
Meeting with project owners, contractors, and clients.
Discussing technical specifications with engineers.
Preparing project cost estimations and proposals.
Following up with potential clients and business partners.
Presenting renewable energy solutions.
Supporting communication with Filipino clients or regional partners.
