Requirement

Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering or related fields.
Minimum 2 years of experience in related fields.
Digital Proficiency: Words - business/formal letter, Calculation - detail analyst, Presentation - summary project, Project Libre - scheduling.
Technical proficiency: Mechanical drawing knowledge, knowledge of production, machining, and manufacturing processes (advantage).
Communication proficiency: Stakeholders' internal & external coordination, Quality check (FAT's).
Have good communication with stakeholders' internal & external coordination & quality check (FAT's).

Job Responsibilities

Active participation in handover process from sales to project management (develop preliminary project organization and communication line, stakeholder communication and setting up coordination meeting, handover document preparation).
Contract analysis (collect scope and schedule estimation, define commercial and perform risk assessment).
Review budget calculation (analyst with other projects, preliminary communication with vendors).
Communicate with stakeholders (internally and externally).
Develop detailed schedule and distribute to stakeholders.
Manage communication and stakeholders' engagement (internally and externally).
Validate and control cost, scope, schedule, and quality.
Assist in logistic, transport, and custom clearance communication.
Documentation of project lesson learnt and know-how.
Documentation of internal claims.
Negotiation of external claims.
Support Sales with tender preparation.
