About Management Trainee
The Management Trainee (MT) Program is a 24 – months accelerated leadership program designed for young talents who want to create real business impact from Day 1.
At PT Motor Sights International (MSI), you will gain hands – on experience across operations, sales, engineering, digital, and business functions while developing leadership capabilities through real project and KPI ownership.

a. Warehouse: Industrial Engineering / Logistics / Supply Chain
b. Service Operations & R&D Electrical Vehicle: Industrial Engineering / Mechanical Engineering / Electrical Engineering / Automotive Engineering
c. Key Account Sales, Business Partner & Business Consultant: Management / Business / Marketing or other related majors
d. Developer Team: Informatics Engineering / Information Systems
e. Renewable Energy Product Support: Electrical Engineering / Energy Engineering / Mechanical Engineering / Industrial Engineering or other related majors
3. Strong analytical, communication, and teamwork skills
4. Adaptive, proactive, eager to learn, and able to work independently or collaboratively
5. Highly motivated, responsible, detail-oriented, and willing to be placed at all company locations
