ABeam Consulting is offering an opportunity for new graduates to join the New Graduate Hiring Program 2026. This program is designed for those who want to grow, take on new challenges, and deliver real value in the consulting field.
As a Graduate Analyst, you will take part in a comprehensive training program while also being directly involved in projects focused on digital transformation.

Fresh Graduate with major/faculty:

  • Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology
  • Accounting, Management
  • Statistics, Mathematics

Academic : Minimal GPA 3.20

QUALIFICATION

  • Proficiency in business-level speaking and writing English
  • Strong logical thinking, highly passionate and motivated,
  • Good communication and interpersonal skill
  • Internship or project experience in similar fields will be plus point
  • Must have graduated with bachelor degree (with a graduation
    certificate)

Six-Months Training Program Includes:
• Fundamental consulting training
• Technical skills development
• Industry and business insights
• On-the-job training with real projects

Available to start the program on October 1st 2026

Role-specific Requirements:

Business Transformation Analyst

  • IT / Information Systems background
  • Experience in IT projects (plus)

Data Analytics & AI Analyst

  • Statistics / Math background
  • Skills: Python, R, etc.

SAP Analyst

  • IT / Information Systems / Accounting
  • SAP knowledge (plus

Business Analyst

  • Accounting / Management / Information Systems
  • Interest in research & process improvement

SAP SuccessFactors Analyst

  • IT / Information Systems / Computer Science
  • Interest in HR system
