Description

AlamTri Aluminium Professional Program (AAPP) 2026 is a professional development program by PT Alamtri Resources Indonesia Tbk, designed to develop talent in the aluminium smelting industry. Participants will gain international exposure through 8 months of training in China and take part in real operations with placement at our site in Bulungan, North Kalimantan.

Requirement

Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Engineering: Metallurgical, Materials, Electrical, Mechanical, or Chemical
Minimum GPA of 3.0 out of 4.0
Fresh graduates or candidates with a maximum of 2 years of experience
Master’s degree (S2) graduates are welcome to apply
Maximum age: 25 years (Bachelor’s degree) and 27 years (Master’s degree)
Active in organizational or extracurricular activities
Strong communication and leadership skills
Willing to be placed at all AlamTri operational sites in North Kalimantan
