• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, IT, Mechanical Engineering (Automation), Costing/Finance/Accounting, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field
• Fluent in English is must
• High learning agility and strong interest in business and strategic analysis
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Good communication skills and ability to work with diverse stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
