Process Engineering & Development Staff is a very important process in the manufacturing. As a Process Engineer, You'll be designing bicycle (frame, fork, and part) and formulating product specifications and Analyze and review the results of the Bike Prototype in order to ensure the compability of the product sample has been follow the project brief and safety standards
· Min. D3 or D4 or Bachelor Degree (S1) of Mechanical Engineering (Priver) or Engineering shipping or Engineering/ Material and Metallurgi Engineering/ Mechatronica Engineer
· Has >2 years experience in product engineering or product development in manufacturing company
· Advanced in 3D Cad (Solidwork, MasterCAM, etc) Have good engineering mindset
· Independent, proactive, likes challenges in a dynamic work environment
· Attentive to detail
· Energetic, creative, and innovative
· Passionate in sports, especially cycling is a plus point.
· Designing bicycle (frame, fork, and part) and formulating product specifications
· Analyze the Bill of Materials needs and calculating product costing
· Analyze and check the compatibility of the product designed to ensure it follows product safety standards and the Project Brief
· Work together with cross sections related to the design implementation process and product design
· Analyze and review the results of the Bike Prototype in order to ensure the compability of the product sample has been follow the project brief and safety standards
